We are happy to exchange products in the following situations:

You received the wrong product variant (e.g., wrong weight or variety)
The product is damaged or defective
You prefer a different product of equal or higher value

Return Pickup or Exchange
We'll arrange for pickup of the product (for eligible returns) or send the replacement item.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
