Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products and health supplements, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure product safety and quality.

Returnable Items

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: Items received with physical damage, broken packaging, or crushed contents
  • Wrong Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
  • Expired Products: Products past their best-before or expiration date
  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Tampered Packaging: Products with opened, torn, or compromised packaging upon delivery
  • Missing Items: If items from your order are missing

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or seals broken by customer
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
  • Items ordered incorrectly due to customer error (unless eligible for exchange)
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange products in the following situations:

When Exchanges are Available:

  • You received the wrong product variant (e.g., wrong weight or variety)
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You prefer a different product of equal or higher value

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • Original packaging must be intact and unopened
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, we'll issue a store credit for the difference
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us Immediately

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order number and issue details.

Provide Documentation

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue (damaged items, wrong products, expiry dates, etc.).

Await Approval

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and approve eligible returns/exchanges.

Return Pickup or Exchange

We'll arrange for pickup of the product (for eligible returns) or send the replacement item.

 Refund/Replacement Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refund Policy

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase
  • Store Credit: Optional faster processing as store credit for future purchases
  • Bank Transfer: Available upon request with bank account details

Refund Processing Time:

  • Online Payments (Card/UPI/Wallet): 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days after return verification
  • Store Credit: Immediate upon return approval

📌 Important Notes on Refunds:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Refunds are subject to product verification upon return

Return Shipping

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired items
  • Customer Error: Customer bears return shipping costs for items ordered incorrectly or unwanted (if return is approved)
  • Exchanges: We typically cover shipping for the replacement item

Special Product Considerations

Shilajit & Supplements:

Due to the nature of health supplements, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product seal is unbroken
  • Product is damaged, expired, or defective
  • Wrong product was shipped

Kesar (Saffron):

Given the high value and delicate nature of saffron:

  • Returns accepted only for damaged or wrong items
  • Original packaging must be completely intact
  • Quality verification may be required

Dry Fruits & Nuts:

Fresh and hygienically packed. Returns accepted for:

  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Contamination or foreign objects found
  • Expired or near-expiry items

  • Be available for return pickup as scheduled

Cancellations

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement
  • Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Contact us immediately to cancel your order

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery and initiate a return
  • Standard return policy and processing times apply

Exceptions & Special Cases

In certain circumstances, we may make exceptions to our standard policy:
