We currently ship to the following locations:

• All India Delivery: We ship to all states and union territories across India
• Remote Areas: Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
• International Shipping: Currently not available (contact us for special arrangements)

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

• Orders placed on business days are processed within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.)
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
• Remote Locations: 10-15 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are structured as follows:

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹999
• Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply (calculated at checkout)
• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment

5. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order status:

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS
• Track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided
• Contact our customer support if you need assistance with tracking
• You may also track orders through your account on our website

6. Packaging Standards

We take special care in packaging your products:

• All products are sealed in food-grade, airtight packaging to preserve freshness
• Fragile items like saffron and dry fruits are packed with extra cushioning
• Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible
• Tamper-proof seals ensure product authenticity and safety

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as follows:

• Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made at the provided address
• The courier will contact you via phone before delivery
• If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse
• Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery after failed attempts
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package

8. Address Verification

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate:

• Double-check your shipping address before placing an order
• Include complete details: house/flat number, street name, landmark, city, PIN code
• Provide an active phone number for delivery coordination
• Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of damaged or lost shipments:

• Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours with photos
• Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours
• Resolution: We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate
• Do not accept packages with visible external damage

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Please note that during festivals and peak seasons (Diwali, Holi, New Year, etc.), delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and courier partner schedules. We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods.
